The Make-Ice-Cream Story
Learning how to make homemade ice cream on the net can be tough, real tough. Years ago, I decided it would be cool to make some ice cream at home. Like most people, I was too lazy and cheap to buy a book, and so I Googled “how to make ice cream”. I found quite a few websites with a lot of recipes… unfortunately, a lot of the recipes I tried just didn’t come out all that great!
Its been about five years since my first Google search and I’ve went through a lot of these less than spectacular recipes. From experience, let me tell you… bad recipes are very frustrating! Making Ice Cream takes quite a bit of time, and it’s not fun at all when the batch comes out tasting any less than awesome!
And so, from my experiences and what I’ve learned, I’ve put together make-ice-cream.com to provide you (and me) with a better ice cream making experience!
